Privacy

How we handle your information.

Last updated April 21, 2026. Yieli is in private beta; this notice covers the pre-launch surfaces (the marketing site, waitlist, and email outreach). A full privacy policy will ship with general availability.

What we collect

  • Waitlist form. Email, optional name, investor persona, counties of interest, and an AUM band. Stored in our own database, not sold, and only used to send the confirmation email and an occasional update about Yieli.
  • Email. If you reply, we keep the thread in our founder inbox so we can follow up.
  • Server logs. Request path, IP, and user agent — retained for 30 days to debug outages and block abuse. No fingerprinting, no behavioral ad tracking.

What we don’t do

  • No advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, no data brokers.
  • No sale or rental of personal information to third parties.
  • No KYC documents on file with Yieli. Identity verification happens at our partner bank; raw KYC artifacts never touch our systems.

Data handling in the app

Inside the authenticated product, Yieli stores investor strategies, briefs, and settlement intents. Platform credentials are encrypted per-investor with AWS KMS; wire-routing data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 via pgcrypto. See /legal for the product-side architecture.

Your rights

Email privacy@yieli.com at any time to request a copy of the data we hold on you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We reply within five business days.

Changes

When this notice changes materially we’ll email everyone on the waitlist. A diff of every version will be published in this repo as part of the public source of the marketing site.
